Certiport is uniquely positioned to provide many certification services, including program development, exam
development, marketing, and channel delivery.
Certiport strategic partners include government agencies in Missouri, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington,
and the United Kingdom. In addition, Certiport works closely with the following industry associations to develop and
integrate certification programs into association activities:
Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) -
CompTIA develops vendor-neutral standards in e-commerce, certification, convergence, customer service, technical
training, and workforce development, enabling businesses to simplify practices, reduce expenses, and compete more
effectively in an increasingly complex and competitive world.
National College Testing Association (NCTA) –
The NCTA is an organization of testing professionals in post-secondary institutions and testing companies. The NCTA
developed from a regional organization founded in 1988 to a national organization in 2000 and focuses on issues
relating to test administration, test development, test scoring, and assessment.
International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) –
IAAP is the world’s largest association for administrative support staff. It boasts nearly 700 chapters and 40,000
members and affiliates worldwide. For over 59 years the IAAP has provided up-to-date research on office trends,
cutting-edge publications, outstanding seminars and conferences, and top-notch resources to help administrative
professionals enhance their skills and become more effective contributors to their employers.
National Associaion for Female Executives (NAFE) –
NAFE is the largest women’s professional association and the largest women business owners’ organization in the United
States. It provides resources and services—through education, networking, and public advocacy—to empower its members
to achieve career success and financial security.
National Skill Standards Board (NSSB) -
NSSB is an unprecedented coalition of leaders from business, labor, employee, education, and community and civil
rights organizations. Created in 1994, this organization builds a voluntary national system of skill standards,
assessment, and certification systems. These systems enhance the ability of the United States workforce to compete
effectively in a global economy.

Microsoft Corporation -
As the exclusive worldwide provider of the Microsoft® Office Specialist program, Certiport is responsible for the development, marketing, and administration of
certification programs for the Microsoft Office suite.
World Organization of Webmasters –
Certiport is currently developing certification exams and programs for the World Organization of Webmasters.
CompTIA -
The Computing Technology Industry Association is participating as a marketing partner for the
Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC³) program.
